“Unfortunately I was not able to participate in this excursion. I accidentally booked this reservation believing it was in Puerto Rico. After calling to verify the location I was verbally told I could receive a refund and then received an email saying I could not while also being told that was not what I was told. I do not recommend participating in this excursion simply based off customer service rapport.”
